Last updated: August 7, 2026
Hanco Electric LLC is a licensed residential electrical contractor serving King County, Washington. Our website is located at hancoelectric.com. You can reach us at or by using the contact form on our website.
We only collect information you voluntarily provide to us. This may include:
Our load calculator does not store your inputs or results. All calculations are processed and discarded when you leave the page. We do use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how our advertising performs, which involves cookies. This is described in the "Google Ads" section below. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and to perform the electrical work you hire us for. Specifically:
We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional messages. If you contact us, we will only communicate with you about the specific job or inquiry you initiated. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, ever.
We use the following third-party tools to manage our business. Your information may be stored within these platforms as part of our normal business operations:
We use Contractor Foreman as our field management and project management software. Customer contact information, job details, and project notes may be stored in Contractor Foreman. This platform is used solely for managing your job, not for marketing. Contractor Foreman's privacy policy is available at contractorforeman.com/privacy-policy.
We use QuickBooks for invoicing and accounting. If you pay for services, your payment and billing information is processed and stored through QuickBooks/Intuit. Hanco Electric does not store credit card or payment details directly. These are handled entirely by Intuit's secure platform. Intuit's privacy policy is available at intuit.com/privacy/statement.
We use Google Ads to advertise our services, and we use Google's conversion tracking (the Google tag) to measure whether clicks on our ads lead to actions on our site, such as submitting our contact form. For this, Google sets cookies and receives limited information about your visit and the action taken. It does not give us, and we do not collect through it, your name or contact details. Google may also use cookies to show our ads to people who have previously visited our website. We do not have access to or control over the cookies Google places. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at Google's Ad Settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Our website uses Google Ads conversion tracking (the Google tag), which sets cookies to measure whether visits from our ads lead to an inquiry. See the "Google Ads" section above. Apart from that, the only other cookie-like storage we use is sessionStorage on our load calculator page, to remember whether you have accepted the calculator disclaimer during your current browser session. That session data is never transmitted to us and is automatically cleared when you close your browser.
We retain customer information for as long as necessary to fulfill the services you have requested and to comply with applicable tax and business record requirements. If you would like your information removed from our records, please contact us directly and we will honor your request to the extent permitted by law.
Our website and services are directed at homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, contact us at or through our contact form. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have any questions about this privacy policy or how we handle your information, please contact us:
